Emily has been a tremendous help in our effort to downsize!  She has worked diligently photographing our items, contacting prospective buyers and listing our items online.  She understands the value of items both in dollars and memory.  She encourages me and praises me when I make difficult decisions.  She has been knowledgeable and fair in all deals.  Emily is a great communicator, always keeping me informed of the status of items.  She is always available for questions or additions by phone or in person.  If she doesn’t pick up immediately, she returns messages in record time!  She is also very aware of safety concerns for pickups.  Finally she deals with all off this with patience, professionalism and a sense of humor.  She has made a difficult process a pleasure.  I am so grateful that we found her!
